I apologize right away for creating this post for self promotion. If this is not permitted, I will completely understand if Admins need to remove this topic.

I have recently written and published my first novel and I'm looking to see if there are any readers here, or you know anyone who is, that would be interested in picking up a copy of my works. Since this is my first book my advertising options are limited, so I'm doing everything I can to get the word out. The link to my e-store is below and also contains a brief description of my book. I don't think self promo is an issue here -- I've certainly done more than my fair share of promotion around the forum for my various projects, including the short novel I wrote a couple years ago (it wasn't very good).

LOL, I'm a pretty bad reader myself... I still don't know how I did it. I'm just trying to get it into peoples hands, so if you all know someone, please tell them.

In response to all the support I received over the release of my book, I’m going to do a reading of my first chapter on Facebook Live, 7 O’clock this Thursday evening. I’m going to start with a short “meet the author” style of Q&A before reading the chapter. I’ll also be happy to answer any questions you have about the book after the reading. I am a big reader at this point (30-50 books a year), and am very active on Goodreads.com.

I searched for you by name, but nothing...you should create an author profile there and try to point readers to review there (and Amazon). I generally don't read a book unless it's 4-star or greater with a high number of reviews.

Only so many days in a lifetime, and millions of books to fight for that time.

The ironic thing about me writing a book is I don't read... so I had no idea about good reads. However, I will be creating an author account to get some exposure.
I understand you don't want to get stuck buying a book and ending up with a bad read. But, if you are interested, there is a Kindle version of my book.
