First you will have to use winrar this file from this website: http://www.tepetaklak.com/data/FE100-1.2b.rar
Second you will have to unzip this file. It's a program. http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gnuwin ... -1-bin.zip
Next copy libeary32.dll from openssl/bin into the FE100 folder.
Now we will run the key grabber.
Now we will press the button to run the key grabber
Next, press 'get stuff from a savefile' (point it to the .bin)
Then you will see error, just ignore that
Run the program
Point the program to the savefile to your bin (from ...)
Finally, click unpack savefile
This just unpacks the save, so to get it into the game right click a game in the games list and choose to "open the save folder.
Now insert all the files from folder "of what looks like binary codes for that game" in there, replacing the old files.

How save editing would work?
Save editing would work be using hex editing to edit saves after exported.
This will not be as great as a PS2 system would be, but we would need a BIOS File for PS2
These can be found, but are illegal.
