Well, I was thinking about having a Success Mode RPG thing just to have some fun on these boards. It will be just like Story mode, with RPG elements, available bats, Fate Card selections etc. I will be like a Marvin/Alvin hybrid character in the story. What do you guys think?

I could implement a 'store' of sorts here where every time you post you gain credit, and you can spend that credit on equipment like bats and gloves, and they would show up under your avatar and stuff. Not sure what kind of practical use it would be but it would be a fun addition

Ok, an RPG is like acting, you take on the role of that person, make up a name and a short biography, in this case also a position on the field. Then your main stat, i.e. Mason Jiambi's main stat is power. (horribly obvious reference) Then you are faced with decisions, you choose something as if you were that character, I write more to the story. Etc., etc., rather, rinse repeat until we all want to end it.

I'm changing the name:

Mark Lister
Position: Catcher
Second Position: Second Base
Best Skill: Power

Mark Lister is a major-league prospect at the age of 13, playing for his high school varsity team. He works out every day to improve his skills. He stands at 5' 9" and still growing and weighs in at 155 lbs. He has medium-length dirty-blonde hair. He's also an absolute dream for the ladies, in addition to being a straight-A student who has a job, making $10,000 as a baseball tutor for little leaguers.

Seth Solomon
Position: P
Second Position: 1B
Best Skill: Control, Contact
Seth is a major-league prospect with ADD, he can't concentrate on ANYTHING, he often finds himself forgetting how to throw his pitches. So, he makes it up. Therefore he has 4 different original pitches. He'll even make them up on the spot! This makes him a pain in the you-know-what for batters and catchers. He's a big guy for a college student about 6'5" and 275 lbs. He also has his trademark green/black faux hawk.
