LightningMan117: 141-82 (6-10) (prev: 3)

-

HitAndRun: 131-76 (14-2) (prev: 4) (Forgot his picks, I guess... shame.)

---

So, a couple interesting things to note:
1. First time all season there have been no ties in the standings.
2. Obviously, we had several basically autolosses for everyone, with GB and BAL falling and Indy winning.
3. It is a two-man race unless we get a week like this, but someone going undefeated.
4. If you took a look at my picks for the week, you'd see that I edited my pick for the SEA-CHI game, from CHicago to Seattle as you can see by the reasoning... but I apparently had a lapse and forgot to change the team itself.
I'm counting it as a win unless I get objections, because I need wins for my self-esteem and all it does is move me up to 5th. And makes it so we have 1 space between everyone from LM to Mac (141-140-139-138-137 :P ). So yeah.

Good luck to everyone, but mostly to redsox.

And by the way LM, it's not the Tim Tebow effect that's everyone hates you because you do well. That's more of the Mid 00's USC/Lakers/patriots (other than Belichick also being... Belichick) effect. Tebow haters hate either because they're pissy atheists and/or hate his goody two-shoesness. And the fact that he sucks.

Texans @ Colts: Texans (Indy has a win now. They won't make it two here.)
Browns @ Ravens: Ravens (The Ravens may lose to crap teams, but not Cleveland. That's just fact.)
Broncos @ Bills: Broncos (But how cool would that be if Buffalo won?)
Buccaneers @ Panthers: Panthers (I quote last week: "Tampa Bay, Tampa Bay...")
Cardinals @ Bengals: Bengals (I do so hope these guys can grab a playoff spot from under NY's nose)
Raiders @ Chiefs: Chiefs (Because they're at home and they obviously don't suck too much)
Dolphins @ Patriots: Patriots (But I can see the 'Fins keeping it close. They did earlier in the season when they sucked.)
Giants @ Jets: Giants (But I agree with Dtigers...)
Rams @ Steelers: Steelers (Oh lordy...)
Jaguars @ Titans: Titans (Well, this game will suck.)
Vikings @ Redskins: Redskins (A winning streak for the Redskins! Though it'll keep us at the third pick in the draft...)
Chargers @ Lions: Lions (Lions gonna make playoffs... I hope)
Eagles @ Cowboys: Cowboys (Meh, I hate both of them.)
49ers @ Seahawks: 49ers (Gogogo bye week for the Niners)
Bears @ Packers: Packers (Gogogo rebound by kicking Chi-Town's @$$)
Falcons @ Saints: Falcons (Wut? I'm gonna regret this... or be very, very happy.)

You blew my mind again. You forgot the Yankees though  . I hate the Lakers for being, well, the Lakers. Hate the Pats for beating my Panthers in the Super Bowl in 2003. Hate Southern Cal because they are suing my Gamecocks for the right to the "SC" logo on their baseball caps, and we've been around about 80 years longer than they have, before Cali was even a STATE for crying outloud, but the CA district judge says we have to give it up  . Screw "the other" USC. Good point though.

Texans @ Colts: Texans (The Week I DON'T pick the Panthers, they win. My luck :P . The Texans will rebound against the Colts though)
Browns @ Ravens: Ravens (Easy Squeezy Lemon Peasy pick of the week)
Broncos @ Bills: Broncos (Anyone else excited for this game for no reason at all like me?)
Buccaneers @ Panthers: Panthers (Can we make it back to back? Rolling the dice here)
Cardinals @ Bengals: Cardinals (Ah, with Kolb coming back, the Cards pull an upset in Cinci)
Raiders @ Chiefs: Raiders (Too good to falter here, will make Denver HAVE to win)
Dolphins @ Patriots: Patriots (*sigh*)
Giants @ Jets: Jets (Can't they both lose?)<<<<<<<This
Rams @ Steelers: Steelers (Brad Nessler says "EASY ONE!")
Jaguars @ Titans: Titans (Have to try to stay alive for their playoff hopes)
Vikings @ Redskins: Redskins (Oh, another slum-dog game late in the season. Don't really care here.)
Chargers @ Lions: Lions (Lions in the playoffs? I like the sound of that.
Eagles @ Cowboys: Eagles (Eagles are too hot right now to not lose to the Clemson Tigers of the NFL. (Love them or you hate them, and they're wildly inconsistent))
49ers @ Seahawks: 49ers (Another Easy pick this week, its almost automatic)
Bears @ Packers: Packers (Bears don't have a QB, blowout here)
Falcons @ Saints: Falcons (Another Great game this week, should be a good one, going with the upset here)

Yankees are hated because they win, but mostly because they blow money like nobody's business. Like Chelsea in the Premier League over in the UK. (MAN U IS NOT THE YANKEES OF THE EPL!)

Since after Carson Palmer, I have disliked every USC QB to make it to the NFL. Carson was good though.

I have a tendency to blow minds, though.

You have to remember one thing, though: It's Kevin Kolb.
Also, Cards weren't doing half-bad with Skelton, I don't think... then again, I don't pay attention to them much.

Man U isn't the EPL equivalent of the Yankees, but they are the Red Sox, which isn't a whole lot better money-wise. Tottenham Hotspur are where it's at...

Um...is it time to believe in the Colts NOT getting the 1st pick?

At this point, I dunno. We'll see how this week goes... now it's a three-team race. Though I still believe the Rams have the 3rd pick at this point because of SoS.

Also, everyone gets an autoloss for that game, cuz nobody would have picked that.

I HATE Man U, almost as much as I hate Manchester City. I used to like Chelsea, but I'm not so sure now. Who I am I kidding, I don't follow the EPL  .

And Jim Caldwell got it together to win two in a row, probably three with the Jags up next. A leader in my youth group at church went to Indy for work last week, an he said there was NO Colts stuff, banners, jerseys, nothing, in the entire town.

I like Man U. They actually develop their players and make smart purchases, and THAT'S why they win. Chelsea throws money at big-name players a la NYY.

I dunno about the Man U - Red Sox comparison...
