Believe it or not, I don't swear too often in real life, but if you want to swear, go for it. If you don't want to, that's your decision.

Today's poll (#100!) focuses on the topic of promising things to yourself. I chose this topic because I'm struggling to keep a self-promise myself. It is the promise I made to myself not to cuss until I was 18. In this day and age, it seems like that is a much harder thing to refrain from and studies have shown that even 2-year-olds cuss. So I have 2 questions:

1) Have you ever made a promise to yourself? What was it, did you keep it, and do you remember when you made it?
2) What do you think of my self-promise? Should I start cussing sooner or wait?


Well, I'm 18 now, so I guess I can do whatever the *(censored)* I want to.
