Being a mod is probably a lot harder than you would think, then again, the mods ARE doing basically nothing right now.
Personally I always thought being a mod would be (and was) very easy.

Personally my first order of business would be deleting smiley only posts.

yeah, i'd have to agree on that one. why do you think people do that? just to get posts in? what i think the mods should do is find the all smileys and delete them from that persons post count. And that wont hurt lance because he doesn't have any of those that i know of.

i'm sure lance has strong fingers for the extreme amount of posting he's done. if not on roids

he claims he's not on roids

It's not hard. The majority of his posts don't or barely exceed a line or two.

can you imagine how much that would hurt to inject roids in your fingers?
