Marvin will be back. He's just one of those guys you can't get rid of. It'll be hard to believe that he made up to AA though.

Marvin will definitely be back. The nerdy sidekick has been a constant in Success Mode for most of the Japanese series.

Starting stats will be the same too. Genius types have been around since the early says of Success Mode.

I don't expect the fate card system or gambling to carry over as those were probably unique features of the 2007 release.

Wow, no more gambling....guess I'll have to figure out some other way to max those stats.

I can't wait to see the new game. Unfortunatly I'll be on vacation until 2 weeks after it's release.

I hope there's backwards compatibility between 2007 and 2008. I know they will probably dump old abilities and add new ones, but you know how success mode players have that orange bar under their names in season mode? Maybe they can use a different color for 2007 players so we know the difference between 2007 and 2008 success mode players.

Wait no fate cards? That was a great feature.

I actually didn't like fate cards. I hated when I had all 4 of the same card, and I couldn't give the answer that I wanted.

I thought it was great. Like making choices in real life. It made the game have infinite possibilities. Some that still haven't been seen.

Well instead of fate cards, you should get like 4 choices, and those four choices will be the same every time instead of the unpredictable fate card system.

That would take out some of the fun of success mode for me.

Don't worry, they'll come up with a new gimmick to make it interesting.

Yeah, they have the cards in practice to decide how good the player does in the practice will make it a lot more challenging or a lot easier if you luck out.

I like the pick a choice option better than, "your life must have this specific outcome."
