I'll probably buy the wii since:

1.More people have and make players for wii.
2.Motion controls in HR Derby
3.All I have for baseball on wii right now is Wii Sports. :x

Since they haven't mentioned it as a feature, I'd assume PS2 and Wii passwords will be incompatible again this year. So that's one determining factor, there are quite a few more lightsiders (Wii) posting Success Mode players than darksiders (PS2)

Come over to the darkside!

I've thought about buying Power Pros for my Playstation 2, but seriously, you Darksiders need to switch over to the Lightside. It's for your own good. :)

Unless you would rather have a Playstation 3 or an X-box, you guys need to step it up to the nex gen console.

I actually am going to...not this year, but if they make another version after this I plan on buying a wii because of some games that I want for it. So, I'll be on the darkside for another year.

I wonder how many more years they will make Power Pros for Playstation 2?

That's what I was wondering, which also makes a little more sense to change after this years game if they don't make it for the ps2 anymore. I wonder if they'll make it for the ps3 then?

Definitely, that is one huge annoyance with this game. I figured out the average time of simming a season last year(every notice set to off so the sim wouldn't stop) and it was around 48 minutes when other baseball games only takes around 10 minutes(maybe even less). I hope it's faster so I can unlock arrange mode, I always screw the CPU with trades that stack my team, win the 13 awards and unlock arrange mode.

One thing that I just thought of that I wish they had is replays like other video games where you can move it around and change the perspective of the camera. It's unlikely that it was changed from last year, but I just like to get a couple different looks on great plays that I make.

Some people have been saying stuff about online roster updates. I thought about this and realized, they wouldn't do roster updates because then who would buy the next version of the game? They'd have to throw in something PRETTY big to get me to buy a new game when the one I have has the same rosters on it.

I think they might have meant for updates up to this date, the day of release. Obviously they wouldn't keep updating the rosters for next season because that would just be dumb.

Edit: Also, I would probably get a new one each year if they keep changing success mode story line, that and MLB life make this new one worth the purchase because I could easily update the rosters on the current version and play with that but I want to try out MLB life and the new success mode.

this would work if they would update the rosters up til the end of the season, thus making players buy the next years version since the rosters on the old game would become outdated.
