I get pretty lazy when it comes to look that stuff up, I'll do it when I am in a better mood.

I thought Great Guillen on the Blue Jays could also be Mike Gosling, who is also with the Blue Jays organization (minor leagues). He was born in the same year, also bats and throws left-handed, has also played parts of 4 seasons in the majors; the only difference is that he's never been a full-time starter. Now if only we had actual birth dates, stats, or even height/weight or jersey numbers, that would make our lives so much easier :?

haha...yeah maybe but at least we'd know who the developers intended to include in the game. As it is now, some "Greats" could be more than one player so you almost have to figure it out randomly.

I wouldn't think either of those 2 is Fernando Nieve because Nieve pitched with the Astros in 2006 for almost the whole season and none of these "Greats" has any experience. I'd say one of those is Chad Reineke, and the other would be Paul Estrada. Don't ask me which would be which though :?

I believe Great Matsui, on the Pittsburgh Pirates, would be Marino Salas rather than Yoslan Herrera. Herrera was still in AA this year and is a starter whereas Salas has been in AAA the whole year and has always been a reliever.

ozuna is suppose to be greg miller though i guess this wouldn't really matter. the player should be edited to clayton kershaw instead considering miller remains at AAA this year with a 2-3 record and a 7.71 ERA.

he doesn't look japanese. looks like they used random last names already in the game for the greats.

I also just realized that Great Scott on the Brewers should likely be Brad Nelson.

one possible way to check to see if your edited Great player is correct is to try the last name in the voice setup. if the last name is found then it's a good possibility that you have chosen the right player. of course this will only work with uncommon last names. this can be tested with Great Bautista of the white sox (Lance Broadway), Great Sanchez of the indians (Edward Mujica) and Great Roberts of the indians (Brian Slocum). it seems that at least a few of the Greats were created correctly initially then the developers changed them to a Great player later on leaving the last name of these players in the game. this test isn't guaranteed and many of the Greats' real last names aren't included such as Great Cruz of the mariners (Cha Seung Baek).

i think Romero is Nieve because Nieve is in the voice list and his pitching abilities seem to match up with a scouting report. true, he's suppose have ML experience. maybe it's an error on the developers... either way, it's close enough and he's still considered a rookie

Great Bautista isn't Lance Broadway, it's Adam Russell. Bautista has no experience, Broadway made his MLB debut last year. However, this was Russell's first year in The Bigs.
