after my extensive success mode,season,exhibition games I've noticed (or just my experience) that Submarine Pitching seems to have more dominate effects almost equivalent to having a 3/4 Pitcher that throws 95 and up with a level 4 or more off speed. It seems that on all difficulties the computer to has a weakness to Submarine pitching? throughts, opinions, etc |

May just be the game... but in real life, submariners often rely on low pitches and their deceptive motion to fool batters. Most do not overpower batters but use deceptive speed changes. Could be intentional, could be nothing. |
