You update them manually, like, edit the rosters, pretty long and annoying.

yea but some people dont have the Purple line, or the Orange line. when they update there rosters.

If you want no orange/purple line, but still want to use the teams in non-Season modes, take each team into a Season, turn "name underbar" off, and save them as an arrange team.

I assume this would take a while.

That actually doesn't work. I've tried it, and it don't work.
