I do not trust the fangraphs defensive scouting reports.

I am also lazy. So, im going to take the DEF stat from fangraphs and apply it to the ARM, FLD, and ERES for each player. Thus, players will have straight A's, or B's, C's, etc.

The breakdown: (fangraphs DEF=MLBPP ratings)
-15=3ARM/3FLD/3ERES
-12=4
-9= 5
-6=6
-3=7
0= 8
+3 = 9
+6 = 12
+9 = 13
+12= 14
+15= 15

Lorenzo Cain named one of three finalists for AL MVP.
Knew he'd be there, although I'd be shocked if he won it over Trout and Donaldson.

I think this may be useful for Fielding and we can use for now the arm with fans?

While I like the idea, dustyfarmer, it just doesn't seem right to have the three fielding stats to be uniform. there's just so much diversity with them. Take my nelson cruz, his arm strength and error resistance are C or higher, his fielding is a F

Indeed. But I have been playing with errors off so I don't get those lolly-pop mistake pitches. It also does away with defensive errors, but the game is way more challenging for me. In other words, error resistance is not important to me.

I did notice he hit more homeruns, but I thought he only hit like 10 homeruns.
