The only way to change the lock-on settings is either by having or not having the Rookie's charm. You either have lock-on with it, or you don't without it.

Hello everyone, I am ZeSawk. I am extremly sorry for (probably) such a simple question. But is there a way to set "Lock on" Mode in Success? |

'08 Success, I believe not. Also, from playing Pawapara the difficulty is also higher and no lock-on. In '07 I believe not either. Also, welcome to the forum. |
