i use a method which a friend had busted out on me for Track & Field for the original NES: grab a pen, pencil, lighter or another object and move it quickly back and forth across the x button. I will check back in with something factual, but i think that my high for technique points gained is about 49. forget about using your mortal fingers to do this excercise. i will try to post a video of my exploits.

Not a bad idea. Is it a consistent success? Or does it still fail every now and then?

never fails, at least 30+ every time, and that is good because my hand is damn tired afterwards
