Hi guys I am playing pp 08 and I have found the thief four times in a row and missed him when I threw the ball anything I am doing wrong. any help will be helpful

His link is there. Also, after I find out about him, I S/L to make sure I catch him.

Keep trying. You will get him eventually regardless of your ARM strength.

I S/L to get him ASAP. If you catch him 1 week after you hear about him, you get Cannon Arm.

I've gotten him the first week, but must've been with a pitcher, because I didn't get cannon arm.

That must be it. But even if you don't get Cannon Arm, you get $1575 for catching him that soon.

For both thiefs regardless of you leg speed/arm strength there will be times you'll miss the thief. However the higher your speed (for Doctor-glove thief) or arm strength (TV Thief) is, the more likely your throw or running after the thief will be more successful. But as others have stated above S/L particularly in that first week because not only do you get Cannon arm, you could get throwing accuracy increase and the reward money is higher.
