Left fielders usually have good arm strength so make that a high B to A. Power should be a B to A. Everything else High D to low C.

I would say something around the lines of 2ECDCDE

Look at all the balanced teams in the game.
The Rays are horrible ,yet have someone who throws hard (Edwin Jackson)
I do agree Mr.Liamcar's suggestion is to powerful,but I think his fielding should be better.
Maybe, 2DCDCCC?
Maybe have a player or two like Adam Laroche with B power and D contact. The pirates have a few and still suck..
