I'm not entirely sure, but I think that you automatically are fired if you're below the clear bar and you lose to the GalaxySharks in the second year too.

It's really hard to get high scouting if you don't make the team either. This Success mode is a LOT harder.

The key is to practice as often as possible when the coach is watching so that you build up starter points.

It seems like 5 -6 games a year, he is doing great. Gave up 1 run in about 20 innings. 82 mph, e control, c stam, lvl 2 chg/cb. No abilities... yet.

PAst the clear bar!! :D

So far this same guy has been fired three times. I'm a month away from getting fired again if I lose...Cross your fingers for me.

YES! I finally beat them! My push toward the majors continues, but at what cost? Gil (rival pitcher) is hurt and about to be fired from the GalaxySharks!

How long does it take to get through a success mode play through?

I've been playing for about three hours, but I've been fired like four times already. I'd say a run-through without the shorter text will take two hours. With shortened dialog, maybe one to 1.5.

Another little thing worth mentioning: visiting the shop takes up an action for the week.
