I think the 40-man roster might be same it is now. Technically, there is still a 40-man roster. There's the 25 on the MLB team, and the AAA team can hold 15.
My 2cents worth on this subject is fill the teams AAA with more then just 4 or 5 players. When you start a new season your farm team stinks because there is hardly anyone on it! Add the coming draft for two more and it would still take you the ten years just to feild a full AAA if you don't sign any FA.

Yea i know for a fact that you can get a fair amount of draft players from other teams for vets you don't want or are aging

1 for 3 and so on

also it seems to be a good idea to grab some of the best players you can get of Expansion teams

I want them to expand the minor league system. With my Cubs there were a lot of players that should have been in AAA that weren't. I also think there should be a Single-A and AA and you can check how your players do at each level. If you think they are doing well enough, move them up a level.

By forty man rosters I think they mean that there are 15 minor leaguers for each team. Not 4 or 5 like last year. If you check the trailer it says something along those lines.

One thing I hope is improved is the Friendship building. We all know how annoying and difficult it is to make friends. Hopefully it wont take a full year to become friends. You can make friends in a week if the circumstances are right.

Not only are you going to have form "relationships" with your teammates but also with your coach and gm. I imagine this might be accomplished by your choices with some of the events that may come up or with your hobbies, maybe catching a flick or playing golf with teammates?

Yeah. Hopefully it will be much faster in MLB Life Mode as well as Season Mode than it was last year.

I don't think what you're talking about occurs in Season Mode, just MLB Life mode. The friendship thing in Season Mode is different.

Also, with Practice. It would help to have, like batting practice, have a practice for the individual fielding attributes as well as having a general fielding practice. A lot of my success players have great fielding but not good arm strength, having them focus on just arm strength would help a lot.

Because if you are fielding really you improve everything at once.

Yeah but it's still nice to have something as an extra pusher, so it gets done faster and you can then focus on something else.

I think it's the same girl just with a different hair style.
