Stranglers win again 7-4 as Kennedy hits for the cycle

Recap
Things started well for Scranton today. Pablo Sanchez hit a leadoff homer on the first pitch of the game. Chris Kennedy then hit a triple and Howard drove him in. The Cardinals just kept stringing together lucky hits against indian born pitcher Raul Gaddaba. The cardinals took s 4-2 lead in the fifth inning and the tired Gaddaba was done for the day. Here's where things get exciting. Kennedy hit a double in the fifth to make it 4-3, in the seventh he hit a two run home run to drive in Ringo and himself. 6-4 lead. John Lennon then made it 7-4 with a home run of his own. WildThing pitched two innings. Finally in the ninth Kennedy hit a bloop single the opposite way that just dropped in in his last at bat. Brian Wilson got the save. Rudy Seanez won today, and Todd Wellmeyer took the loss.
MVP:Chris Kennedy.

Player Update
Kennedy thinking to himself: In an atempt to make friends I will take the guys out to lunch!
Kennedy: Hey guys to celebrate my cycle and our win lets go out for some dinner!

The agents get to decide whether their client accepts or not.....
TO BE CONTINUED

Howard: I'm contractually obligated to only eat at Subway, so if dinner is there, yes. If not, sorry, I can't, I'd get sued for breach of contract.

McCartney: Yeah sure, why not?

Kennedy: O.K. everyone! I packed a picnic we can have outside the arc.
Suddenly the guys were less excited. Howard started to try and make excuses like everyone else, but the manager ,Sgt. Pepper, thought it would be a great team building activity and he was a man of his word.
Lennon: Hey everyone the manager has found a heart!
Everyone laughed.
Sgt. Pepper: Shut up ya pansies. And you Lennon! You better be on yer best behavior or all tell the all about you.
Lennon: You wouldn't.
SP: Oh but I would.
The guys all saw Jagger and Richards heading out to a five star resturaunt.
Ringo: I wish I were them
George: Me too.
George tagged along since Ringo was his ride home.

At the arc.
Cardinals fan: Hey Paul! Albert Pujols is gonna kick your butt tommorow!
Albert Pujols: He's right you know.
Chris Carpenter: Hey you Scranton boys better watch out tommorow. I'm brining the heat.
Carpenter holding measuring tape to show how much better the Cardinals were than the Stranglers.
Paul: I don't get it.
Azul: No habla engleis.
John walked up with scissors cut the measuring tape in half and said "I now declare this bridge open." It looked something like this.
Carpenter: That tears it! You guys are dead tommorow!
Pujols and Abuela said some words in spanish before the two Cardinals left.
Kennedy: We better be on our A game tommorrow guys.
Starr: I'm not scared.
We said this shaking.
Finally they all had dinner and surprisingly had fun. Sgt. Pepper called it a great bonding experience.
Now if only they could bond with the other half of the team.

Game update coming soon.
Preview: Paul McCartney Pitches a Gem, But Will Pujols Get The Last Laugh?

Tensions Rise as The Stranglers Beat The Cardinals.

Recap
Tensions certainly did rise today and suspensions could be handed out soon. But if this story is going to be told right it must be told from the start. Paul McCartney took the mound today and in the first inning gave up a home run to Albert Pujols. Abert watched it fly and Mick Jagger didn't like that and shoved him when he crossed home plate. Warnings issued. In the third George Harrison hit a home run to tie it up. 1-1. Chris Carpenter did not like that. Pablo then weakly grounded out to end the inning. Carpenter hit Howard and the benches cleared. Kennedy and Howard both charged. Kennedy was on third. Carpenter was ejected and the game went on. John Lennon came up and hit a home run to make it 4-1. In the seventh Mick Jagger and Keith Richards were taken out unexpectedly for their replacements, Sir Reginald McLeary and Charlie Watts. Both Jagger and Richards were unhappy. In the eighth Howard hit a home run to make it 5-1. His first of the year. Paul McCartney finished off his complete game gem by striking out Pujols. He later said, "It was a very fitting way to win the game. I just didn't get tired."
WP: Paul McCartney

LP: Chris Carpenter.

Player Update coming soon.
Player Update

Jagger: Why did you take me out of the game?! I was doing fine!
Sgt.: We were well ahead I wanted to give some other guys a chance to prove themselves.
Jagger: That doesn't help me at all!
Sgt.: I'm not here to help you I'm here to help the team! That goes for you too Richards.
They both leave and McLeary walks in.
McLeary: Why am I not playing? I'm a better all around fielder than Richards.
Sgt.: Look on nights like yesterday we need hitting. So when Paul and Bono are pitching maybe you can get some playing time, but really to tell you the truth Richards is better and until you prove yourself your a pinch hitter!

Can suspensions/benches clearing brawls/warnings/ejections happen in this game, or did you make it up?

Recap
Not much to recap today. A blowout Kennedy hit two triples. And Howard hit two home runs. Azul Abuela was absolutely amazing today pitching a shutout with no walks and 10 strikeouts.
This is what he said in and interview with his translator/agent Lance Berkman (Not the one on the Astros).
I am pitching well in America and manager says if I keep this up I can be right up there with Paul and Bono.
