The teams are edited.
I took the F/A players and edited team, and it turns out if you reset an F/A player but you have the player on your team, it won't remove it.

Saturday, February 3rd, 2700.

I was watching a new channel that is funded by the MLB today...and something weird happened.
One of those Emergency Alert System tests came on.

Something was different about it.

I'm investigating what could of possibly happened making it sound weirder then it already is.

Monday, February 5th, 2700.

I finally found something embedded in the sound file.
I found missing frequencies.



If you can't read it, it reads:
We are Tokyo glitchXIII.
We are entering the MLB under direction of Ditromidus Vektor.
We recently infected a file under the name of the Miami Lasers.
They have now been recycled.

I can't read that last thing down at the bottom, and hopefully it's not important.

After finding this, I called Harrison Braker.
"Hello?"
"Mr. Braker? I found something."
"What did you find?"
"Were you watch the new MLB channel on Saturday?"
"Yes..."
"Did you hear that EAS test?"
"Yes, and we didn't launch it. Did you find out who did?"
"Yes. Tokyo glitchXIII launched it."
*sighs*
"The message reads: 'We are Tokyo glitchXIII. We are entering the MLB under direction of Ditromidus Vektor. We recently infected a file under the name of the Miami Lasers. They have now been recycled.' There is something else at the bottom I can't read the last sentence or two down at the bottom. I'll e-mail you the spectrogram results after you hang up."
"Well Xceller8, you've done it again. I feel like you are one of those detectives in the movies..."
"Well sir, if this is a movie, then the good guys better win."

I love this story line.

Update on Team Rosters

After painstaking editing, I have gotten almost 8 teams finished.
Only 22 to go!

Don't worry...the plot will follow along with all of this. You'll see.

I should have 9 teams done by tonight, and 11 teams by tomorrow night.
(pitchers are the worst to edit)

Tuesday, February 6th, 2700.

Today I got a few calls, and a weird message.

One- from my brother.
"Hello?"
"X? This is your bro Hazard."
"Oh, hey. What's with the call? You haven't talked to me in forever!"
"Yeah, yeah. Did you see that article on the Tokyo Glitch guys?"
"Of course I did, I figured that whole thing out."
"Yeah, I read about that. It really sucks to have them in our division..."
"I KNOW RIGHT!?"
"So what are you gonna do about it?"
"Well, my plan was to beat Ditromidus and the Army of X in the first place, so I think i can take out these guys as well."
"That's cool. My plan is just to slaughter everyone for the money."
"Even me?"
"Yep. Especially you cause I want to get you back for our sibling fights."
"Hazard, just let it go. We are grown men...well not you, you are still like 19...and I think the age for being a-"
"YOU TAKE THAT BACK."
"I'm not going to put up with this..."
"Fine. I'm dominating you. I don't care if the world gets blown up. I want revenge."
*beeeeep*

Ahh, brotherly love.

About 2 hours later, I get a call from Harrison again...
"Hello again Harrison."
"Hey there Xceller8. I just some exciting data reports that you will be pleased to hear."
"Data reports?"
"Yes. The Tokyo glitchXIII leader, 50UrC3.glx called me to tell me that each player on the Tokyo glitchXIII team is only good in 1 certain area."
"So, that means hitters don't hit with power, power hitters don't hit much, and speedy runners are horrible at all-around batting?"
"That's just about it."
"That's great news!"
"They better not be lying."
"Oh yeah...hopefully they aren't."
"As weird as it sounds, I doubt they are lying."
"Well, thank you again Mr. Braker."
"You too, Xceller8."

Good news. I think the first good news this season.

But it's all fun and games until someone gets a threat message.

I found a message entitled: DONT.txt
Curiously, I opened the file to see what was inside.

Instantly my computer shutdown.

Then, about 40 seconds later, my power goes out.

What's weird is all my neighbors have power.

An hour later, it's about 6pm. Dark outside. Still no power.

I start to go paranoid. I hear a high-pitched sound coming from my office room.

As scared as I already was, I slowly walked in.

I saw a white screen. Blank.

Immediately letters and numbers flashed: "Saving message: 596F752061726520696E206F7572206C65616775652E0D0A4F766572706F77657220546F6B796F203D20496E66656374204E657720456E676C616E64"

My power went back on.

Now I'm not sure if this was a good idea.

OOOOOOHHHHH SNAP THIS IS GOOD!

I can't wait for the season!

What could that mean?

I found out today.

I remember taking a short computer electronics course back in high school. We learned about some computer language, binary, hexadecimal, etc...

Hexadecimal. I remember that the letters and numbers were 0-9 and A-F. 16 characters.

I immediately went online to find a decoder.

This is what I found.
Beat Ditromidus = Infect New England

Afterwards, I got three calls; from my brother (the GM of the Orlando Destroyers), Darius Blue (the GM of the Norfolk NiteRhinos), and Jim Covington (the GM of the Charlotte Cobras).

Apparently the same thing that happened to me last night all happened to them, and they all got messages saying:
Beat Ditromidus = Infect (their team name)

So, it looks like i'm not the one getting the threats.

But, since yesterday, I've drafted a "firewall" just in case they decide to attack my team.

My team has gotten a lot of attention over the past week and there is already a fan club. WOW.
People have been posting stuff on the web for our team's bravery.

Of course, now people in jails want TVs installed so they can see the Army of X beat the crap out of everybody.

Yeah, not gonna happen.

My brother (HazardGuy) has been simulating his team playing other teams, and he apparently he beat me 6 to 2.
Of course, he got the upper hand on players. But hey, I like my team. They're here for the thrill.

Yesterday Harrison Braker announced that the posting of schedules for the season have been delayed to about 2 to 4 weeks before the first game.
We also chose home stadiums yesterday. I chose Yankee Stadium.

If anyone wants other teams rosters (or pictures of players, special abilities, etc.), I will post them once I get them.
