The New Orleans Hornets general manager, Clyde McFloyd has traded outfielder Wesson and A. Jones to the Kansas City Royals for approximately 1 million four hindered and seventeen thousand dollars in cash, when questioned about the deal, he stated that the owner didn't like money being thrown into players faces, so he had to get it back, and that this was step one.

Game 4 of series vs. Orlando.

Win: Haren (3-1) (CG)
Save: X
Loss: Arellano (1-2)
HR: Spark (6)
Dawley (3)

The Hornets completed their sweep of their rival, the Orlando Wildboys. Dan Haren was the leader here, throwing his first complete game of the season, throwing 94 pitches while allowing one run and 8 hits. Spark had a poor day at the plate, only going 1-4 but hitting a solo blast in his fourth at-bat. Alex Gordon had his best day at the plate in his career, going 4-4 with all four hits being doubles, he scored only once though. We will show you the standings and awards coming into the month of May tomorrow.

Clyde McFloyd has just announced a multi team deal that has traded starting pitcher Josh Johnson to the New Orleans Hornets for Rafael Betancourt who was then traded to the Cincinatti Reds for relief/starting pitcher Caceres. "Josh Johnson will join the rotation, he is a very solid player who packs heat and has about the same amount of stamina as most of the other guys."
