In the draft, it rates draftees with a star scale. Does the star scale do anything, or is it pointless?

Star rating = how quickly they train up in Season Mode. 5-star players improve faster, etc. Also, Gd Sense players made in Success Mode train up faster, Pr Sense players train slower.
