I always get as much as I can while keeping the chance of getting it accepted at 3 stars.

Series Report

The Mariners are 0-3 at the start of the season after losing the opening series against Texas, being shutout in all three games. The Mariners will head into Baltimore for a 4 game series, hopefully they can get the bats going.

The losing streak stops at three

The Mariners series opener in Baltimore was a success, they won three two behind the pitching of Erik Bedard, and a team that suddenly learned to score runs.

Ichiro: 3-5 with 2 runs and a double

Beltre finally got a hit in the season, but it was the go ahead and winning run.

Vidro is currently hitting in the .100's... But new 1B Dan Johnson is hitting at least .400 to start the season.

This, but sometimes I use 2 stars. I don't mind a bit of S/L/L/L/L/L/L . . . . .

Series Report

The mariners sweep the O's in all 4 games, outscoring them 13-1 and 10-1 in two of the games. Let's hope they can continue the winning into the series with the new look Rays.

Trade Erik Bedard for Jose Guillen and Cash. They should immediately accept.

I like Erik Bedard as of now, the first game I played as him he struck out nine and only gave up two runs. The only player I really want to trade is Carlos Silva, and then I think I am set as far as trades are.

Alright, trade Silva for Guillen instead.

Right now, sure. But since they're young and under contract for up to 6 years, you have plenty of time to develop them.

I'd rather develop draft picks, plus, you get the satisfaction of picking, training, and eventually using your guy as a superstar.

Yeah, I agree - these are just suggestions. Although with draft picks you can only really develop players two at a time.

Went back and looked at my Silva trade. It was Silva & Wilkerson to the Phillies for Werth & cash.

I'll take R.A. Dickey and Roy Corcoran as my clients.
