Mariano Dinas has been voted Rookie of the Month during all three months, hitting .290 in April, .277 in May, and .364 in June

In other news, Mark Teixeira and Carl Crawford are getting a large number of votes to start in the ASG. The prized free agent signings (a combined 68.3 million thrown their way) are hitting .299 and .338 respectively. Teixeira has 22 home runs and 77 RBIs, while Crawford has 21 stolen bases without getting caught.

Mariners Call Up Baek, Option Morales
Seattle-- The Mariners have called up Cha Seung Baek from AAA Tacoma, and optioned Franklin Morales. "We just wanted to keep Morales fresh, because he's been a bit overworked" said (insert GM here). Morales, who sports a 4.82 ERA, should be back up soon

July 3: @ Giants W 7-5- Mark Teixeira and Evan Longoria hit one home run each, while Brad Hawpe hit two of his own, as the offense backed Jarrod Washburn in their third straight win.

July 4: @ Giants L 8-7: The Giants walked off and Carl Crawford hit for the cycle in a wild game. Jeremy Bonderman struggled, giving up 6 runs in 5 innings, but the offense finally gave him some run support, led by Crawford. Brandon Morrow gave up three singles in the bottom of the 9th as the Giants celebrated Independence Day walking off
