So here's what I'm going to go for:

98-99 Top Speed (he averaged 96 last year, but he can still reach the high 90's)
115-120 Control (3.3 BB/9)
138 Stamina (Both ED44 and rob had it)

2SFB 1
CCHG 2
SLV 2

Recovery 4
Fastball Life 4
Fat Pitch
W/RISP 4
Release 2 - I will try for this, CS % is only at 31
Consistency 2 - I will try for this

Any other opinions before I start?

career HR/9 of 1.3, even higher than homer-prone Bronson Arroyo, so I would say Fat Pitch is a must

Rubby De La Rosa has been finished. Sorry about extra breaking ball counts and extra MPH, but MPH was because of the first 2011 scouting report and didn't look at it until after he had 102 MPH Top Speed.
