Post subject:  Barry Lamar Bonds — LF — Giants (PS2)
I don't understand the rocket science of jailbreaking my PS2 yet, but if there are any other longtime lurkers out there who also play a PS2 on a CRT, here is a turn-of-the-century era version of Bonds. This was my first ever player. Now I know why you nerds talked so much about Success Mode like a decade ago.

Is any version of Bonds overpowered? I don't think so. This is probably very under-powered. These blue abilities were assigned to him at birth. I had nothing to do with it.

oh wow, great job his appearance btw. I think my latest version (from last summer) is more of the end-of-his-career look

----- Thanks, one of my favorite parts is finding a good likeness for players. Those eyes were always going to be Bonds, for me. I can't believe it's supposed to be someone else, I guess. You're totally right, my Success Barry looks like a late 90's Bonds, but his abilities look more mid 2000's.

I just realized that Bonds's actual batting stance is available in the game as a generic, thus I shouldn't have used Bill Hall. I can't believe I never noticed this, as I have played this game for a long time.
