Missed out on a few abilities, the end always comes too quickly. I also missed quite a few hot zones because he kept getting taken out of games)

I have to say, he is the best DH I have seen thus far. Shoot, he'll even be great as a starter at 1B, but he's great either way. Kudos.

Damaso Marte I think is a reliever for the yankees. The name was randomly generated.

And with high run speed pretty much the whole game I would assume as a defensive sub. Plus I barely get stuff besides home-runs, and a triple sometimes.

Haha, Yes, Damaso Mare is the old Pirate Reliver who got traded to the Yanks with Nadee for Kartsens and afew other minor-leaguers with a lot of potential. He is the left pitcher but is good enough that he is used often for innings versus just a batter. I am not that big of a fan as he was the cause for mariano's only blown save (he gave Mariano a 1-run lead with bases loaded and no outs in the eight inning. Mariano would have had one of the best seasons of all time and I think undeniably the best this year if that didn't happen. Now I think Lidge, despite his ERA being 60 points higher, did ).

Woah, thats really good. He's not really close to being maxed thou cause his fielding is terrible and hes missing a lot of abillities. Still really good guy (and a dh, so fielding doesn't matter). I dont know why hed get taken out as a DH if hes maxed in running. Maybe someone else has base running/stealing 4 ability.

If you want a fielder go to Backe.

My guy has had a C power. I usually focus more on contact and running, though.

Just recently I've found it better to upgrade power first. So if you get a mistake pitch you're over par in your eval.

true.
however, i find that the tougher teams and players (other than the GS's) come in AA (teams with good contact, run speed) which can throw you off since your player is so weak still.
Also, Nobody wants to swing and miss in a test and lose by 1 or 2 because your contact wasn't high enough.
But i see where you're going.

By the time you get to the test point you can have upgraded your contact anyway.

I just do the steakhouse stuff a lot in November-January when I know I've passed and the coaches are on vacation.

Bump. I probably could have got good fielding or even all A if I didn't go for intimidator. It's ridiculous how many turns that takes.
