This guy took 2 Dr Goodjobs, and a ton of save/loading with low percentages, hope he's close to the real thing. Let me know what you think.

Pretty well done overall, good choice of stats and abilities. Not sure about all those pitches - the scouting reports I'm seeing don't have that much (slurve, 2-seamer, sinker, etc). Still, great model to build off of.

scouting #1: http://projectprospect.com/article/2009 ... -bumgarner
scouting #2: http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/minorleagues/pro ... pid=518516

Here's what I will aim for in the Wii version:

Madison Bumgarner
SP Giants
DOB: 8/1/1989 (19 in MLB 2009)
# 82 (wore #5 in A, but 82 in Spring Training)
bats/throws: R/L
Top speed: 96-97? reports just say 92-94 consistent, or 'mid-90s' consistent.
Control 160
Stamina 140
Curve ball 3
Slider 3
Change 2

Vs L batters 4
Release 4
Fastball life
possibly ground ball pitcher?
anything else regarding poise/presence

I don't go and make up these pitches for pitchers. This is where I got the idea for the sinking fastball and cutter. I can't remember the other sites but there were numerous.

Quote:
Fastball Velocity: 9.0/10

Bumgarner’s bread and butter is his fastball which is thrown in the mid 90s yet touches 96 MPH. Bumgarner has shown improved velocity over the year, a testament to his work ethic.

Standing 6’4", 215-lbs. Bumgarner is an intimidating presence on the mound and uses his height to create excellent movement on his fastball. Bumgarner throws a sinking fastball on left handed batters and a cut fastball which runs in on the hands of righties as an out pitch.

Bumgarner had a 0.19 HR/9 IP rate which exemplifies the fact that with good movement hitters find it very difficult to lock on to a pitch
