Posting:

* Individual players should be in their own thread, with the full name of the player and position(s) in the title. Don't add superlatives or any other shout outs to it... we will see your guys...
* If you post a team or a set of players, add players by editing your starting post so they're all in the same post. A bump to announce the edit is appropriate.
* Posting images are fine, provided they are small in dimension and data. 800x600 and ~50Kb should be the biggest you can post inline (using the [IMG] tag), anything larger, post a link or a clickable thumbnail instead.

Your players are good Phillies, but every single starter has B Stamina, and D Control. I mean, he has an ERA of 2.98.

This just in, a closer with E stamina and 3 level 7 breaking balls will have a 5+ ERA.

No, like the lowest ERAs of 2007 i.e. Sabathia, Beckett, Peavy, Lackey have A stamina. At least give him C control.

Breaking balls, top speed, and blue abilities are the things that have to do with ERA. I have a pitcher with F control that can put up consistent ERA's in the 2's.

Case and point: Chris Carpenter in that Cardinals log: F control, B stamina, and led the majors in ERA.

And I try not to go too far with ctrl considering this is his first year and it could be a fluke season.
