This is what I got:
David Price - SP - Tigers

97 MPH Top Speed (in 2014)
Control 150 at minimum (1.4 BB/9 in 2014)
Stamina 162-170

2 Seam Fastball 1-2
Changeup 3-4
Cutter 2-3
Knuckle curveball 3-4

Fastball Life 4 (not certain)
Recovery 4
Dr. K
W/RISP 4 (not certain)

Strand Rate was 72.7% in 2014, slightly above the threshold (72.0%) career is at 74.5% so W/RISP 4 is up in the air
Not certain how to calculate Poise 4
Not certain about Spin 4
Groundball % was 41.2% last season, so no Groundball Pitcher
I don't think VS Lefty 4 works

I'd appreciate feedback, especially about the abilities

I haven't seen him enough in either a Rays uni or Tigers uni to really get a gauge on abilities (I mean, the indelible memory in the minds of Tigers fans of him is the 9 hits in a row he gave up to the Yanks), but I feel that it looks OK...but knuckle curve? Where'd that one come from, I wonder?

I was looking on fangraphs for his pitches and he's thrown both a Knuckle Curveball and a regular Curveball. So I went to wikipedia to check if there was any other info on it. His page said he throws the Knuckle Curveball, so I choose that. I never knew he threw it either so I'm gonna change it to a regular Curveball when I type the final setup

I'll give my idea, but it's based on the entire career, not just last season. I'd rather have the guy usable for years and average out correctly, but that's my take. :)

top speed: 97 minimum (98 is justifiable - didn't hit it this season, but has hit it 3 previous seasons, even 99 one year)
ctrl: 160-165
stam: 155-160 (he's doing 7.2 IP now, but was a 6+ guy before)

pitch types:
SIFB 5-7: his two seamer moves horizontally more than anything else, and it's fast. It has the most movement of any SIFB I've looked at.
CHG 4-5: also a ton of movement
CB 2-3 - nothing amazing here, hitters can actually hit this one decently (.248)
CUT 2: not much movement but man does it bind up hitters something awful
KNCB 1-2: minor movement on his secondary curve, brand new in 2014

blue specials:
GB pitcher: No
RISP/4: No
Dr K: he's flirted with 9+ K/9 recently, but his career mark of 8.5 says No.
Release 4: No, steal numbers look normal
Good pickoff: leaning towards Yes. Dude had two in one game.
Vs Lefty 4: Yes, lefties hit 30 points lower off him
Durability 4: No, missed 6 weeks last season (2013)
Poise 4: I usually throw this in when a pitcher is great, all-star level like Price with low ERA/WHIP, so Yes
Spin 4: This usually denotes that breaking pitchers are good. All of Price's are hit around .230, except the cutter at .200, so Yes
Fastball Life 4: this is justifiable - Price's 4-seamer is tough to hit (.230) and worth a ton of value, so its OK with me
Lucky: this is also justifiable, had winning records all but one season

red specials:
Fat Pitch: No
Walk: No
Sandbag: No, but if you wanted a red real bad, this might be the best
Hot head: No (he did have some comments via twitter one time tho?)
w/RISP 2: No
Durability 2: No, just the one injury
Poker Face: I love getting this for pitchers that go deep, so its OK with me (and so easy to get in AAA!)

Thank you Alloutwar!

David Price - SP - Tigers

97-98 MPH Top Speed
Control 150 at minimum, 160-165 is really tough to get with all the other assets
Stamina 155-160

Sinking Fastball 5-6
Cutter 1-2
Curveball 3-4
Changeup 4-5

Fastball Life 4
Recovery 4
Good pickoff
Vs Lefty 4
Poise 4
Spin 4

I'm using Danys Baez's pitching motion because he has the whip back of the throwing arm and an abrupt stop with his leg.

I think he was just as hard to make as Kershaw because Isabella didn't show up until AAA, and her events help with stamina and gaining money. So I was down to the last week for free-time and I was able to get his top speed to 98 MPH. And as some of you might know, I threw a perfect game with him against Sittch. That made me happy haha
