My thoughts:

Top Speed 98
Control 165
Stamina 155

2 Seam Fastball 2
Slider 5-6?
Circle Changeup 3-4?

W/RISP 4 – Yes, stand rate for career is at 79.9%
Vs Lefty 4 – Yes, he’s a lefty killer (lefties hit .031 points lower)
Poise 4 - Yes
Spin 4 – Yes, Slider is basically unhittable (.149) and changeup is at .230
Recovery 4 - Yes
Dr. K – Yes, 9.8 K/9 in career

Fastball Life 4 - I’m more towards No on this, .237 BA against it
Release 4 – I say no, 4 SB on 8 attempts in 2014, 19-21 in 2013, 14-24 in 2012 (70% SB success). 2 seasons with 13+ SB, but he has an above average CS % so I’d leave it at Release 3
Groundball Pitcher - No
