My thoughts:

Top Speed 101
Control 153
Stamina 50 - Even though it's higher than the normal MLB PP reliever level, it helps to pitch those few extra outs

2 Seam Fastball 1
Curveball 2
Changeup 4

W/RISP 4
Fastball Life 4
Dr. K
Groundball Pitcher
Poise 4 - I guess this could work
Recovery 4
