Sounds good. For my rosters I am staying with 165 only that the in-game season stats remain consistent with his hitting. Most of the stats I do I consider fantasy projections, fangraphs, those at rotochamp (a collation of different projections using varying methods) and scouting reports. This may explain why some players I do are not as high powered or are overly powered as other players in the password exchange. Fielding I use fangraphs, range factor, a formula that looks at defensive runs saved. For catchers I look at the catcher rating system which is quite accurate.

Thanks rob, I am thinking of adding Consistency 2 and FB Hitter (Mainly because he swings at the first pitch often)
