How do you get all the abilities that you listed? And how do you get second positions. All I need as a second position is third base. His main will be left field. He has the ability to play first, but not with the team he's with.

2nd pos is at the bottom of FLD ABL when upgrading your player.

he's played 195 games at 3B, 106 at 2B, 44 at LF, 33 at 1B. recently he's been playing LF and 3B most according to the Cube.

Yep, I'll only give him 3B and LF. That's it, he'll never really play second or first with the big league club, maybe in round rock. Who knows.
