This had really picked up steam at the end if summer, but I don't remember seeing alloutwar(the guy who's running this) lately. So I'm not really sure what's happening here, but I'm sure someone has players they want done.

Anyway, this is still getting done? Are you guys making them as prospects in 2008?

Might be, when Alloutwar comes back around. But we're doing them on Wii.

Yes, I am still here - was traveling for work for a week, that's all. Still dealing with ankle injury, so still on the couch making Daniel Murphy for a few mins here and there...when the wife doesn't demand I be productive. :)

No one has posted anything from the list, so it may just be a lull from school starting. Hopefully more activity will pick up.

Ive added all the post-2010 debut players to the wiki, from Trout to Puig, if they are on the board with a PW and are for Wii. There should be about 200 total, so someone could buy the game today, and load 200 players to make it decently recognizable.

So here's where we are. big thanks to Dishnet. the King has also contributed a player or two recently. Any other Wii users are welcome to grab a guy.

I have about 25 or so slots left in my game for each type - fielders and hitters. There are two goals to meet: first, to create the players that had the most impact from 2008 on; and second, to give each team a few extra pitching arms to help fight the fatigue and injury settings in the game.

To this end, here's who I have left on my plate to create:
fielders
Mark Trumbo, Jonathan Lucroy, Darwin Barney, Ben Revere, Nick Hundley, Allen Craig, Trevor Plouffe, Luis Valbuena, Chris Coghlan, Michael Saunders, Logan Morrison, Lucas Duda, Ruben Tejada, Mitch Moreland, Jose Tabata, J.P. Arencibia, Chris Getz, Eric Young Jr, John Mayberry, Josh Donaldson, Domonic Brown, Roger Bernandina, Peter Bourjos, AJ Ellis

Pitchers (32)
Tommy Hunter, Alfredo Simon, Chris Perez, Grant Balfour, Brett Cecil, Rodrigo Lopez, Derek Holland, Koji Uehara, Phil Coke, Tommy Hanson, Josh Roenicke, Travis Wood, Josh Tomlin, Tony Sipp, David Huff, Anthony Swarzak,Dillon Gee, Bobby Parnell, Marco Estrada, Sergio Romo, Ernesto Frieri, Luke Gregerson, Mark Melancon, Mike Dunn, Ivan Nova, Esmil Rogers, Jake Arrieta, Kris Medlen, James McDonald, Tyson Ross, Brian Matusz, Craig Stammen, Daniel Hudson

Of the players listed as needed, I have versions of: Darwin Barney, Mitch Moreland, Domonic Brown, and possibly Koji Uehara (can't remember if I did him or not). I can get those passwords up at some point if you'd like (either today, or after the first of the year, as I'll be on vacation in between), and could also start on another player.

awesome, yeah please post away! The more passwords I can input, the better my teams look and the less guys I have to make! Good xmas present if you ask me!

As you've seen, I've posted Barney, Moreland, Brown, and Wood.

I also have interest in creating Brignac, Valbuena, Balfour, Hudson, and Uehara. Any suggestions for abilities for that bunch?

My thoughts are:

Brignac (SS/2B/3B)- 3EEDCDE
Valbuena (3B/2B) - 3ECEEBC, Pull Hitter
Balfour (CP) - 96EE, SLD 2, CB 2, SPLT 3, Recovery 4, VS LH Batter 4, w/RISP 4, Hot Head
Hudson (SP) - 96CC, CHG 3, SLD 3, Durability 2, Recovery 4
Uehara (CP) - 91AD, SPLT 5, Recovery 4, GD Delivery, w/RISP 4, VS LH Batter 4

I think Brignac should have 2 trajectory

That's actually a good point. I was looking at his career 40.3 FB% (I mainly base TRJ off of FB%, with some adjustments for HR and for 2B & 3B, based on speed), but it's come down quite a bit in the past few years to 28.3% in 2013 and 33.3% in 2014. Thanks!

He never lived up to his potential as a power hitting infielder, and from what I saw last season he has some power, but hits for contact more rather than swing for the fences, so 2 TRJ suits him well. He also only has a whopping total of... 2 home runs since 2011  .

So for anyone that didn't want to create guys in success mode when they could be edited in, here are the youngest guys I have from 08-10 debuts. They were 22 at the time of debut, so younger than the guys we typically edit (Phil Hughes, Justin Upton):

Tyson Ross
Brian Matusz
Carlos Carrasco
Sean O'Sullivan

Can you guys verify these 4 cannot be edited in because of their age? No one that young (1987 DOB) in MLBPP?

Technically, yes. However I stretch it to one year with Cueto (1986, rookie) to save us some time.

Can I do Uehara? I'll use AgentP's stats.

EDIT: Donaldson interests me too. What stats?

There are already two Ueharas out there. you can see the list of created guys for Wii here:

http://www.mlbppworld.com/wiki/index.ph ... fe_Rejects

There's already a Josh Donaldson too, as you can see on the list.

It's mostly pitchers at this point that are still in the right age section and are needed. Brian Matusz and Carlos Carrasco are probably the two most qualified.
