Don't need to worry about Cory Lewis anymore, does anybody want to take up young phenom nick Martinez?

I already said that I would make him, I was just waiting a while to determine some abilities. I think that now we've seen enough of him to determine some, so I will add him back to my list.

98 mph - yes
ctrl 135 - no, his walk rates have been declining since 2012. sticking with 116
stam 82 - eh, I can see that, since he was kind of a starter last year, I'll try to get that because that may help in the long run

slv 3/sld 2 - it's a normal CB if not a DCB, so no. doesn't use the slider at all. so I would just go with CB/DCB level 3, which is what I had
chg 1 - ok, after reading some scouting reports it appears it's actually a change and not a splitter.

Recovery 4 (obv)
Fastball Life 2 - yes, but will be near impossible to get, I've never seen Ducks get taken over by Black Dog
Dr. K - um, no. no way. 7.14 K/9 is nowhere near Dr. K worthy
Spin 4 - maybe if I have points left over
GD Low Pitch - maybe if I have points left over
Poker Face - I hate this ability with a burning passion and it looks like it would take too much effort to get. nah
Durability 2 - will try to get
Consistency 2 - meh. if he gets it I'll keep it but not going to go out of my way to get

so to confirm:

Top speed 98
Control 116
Stamina 82

CB 3
CHG 1

Recovery 4
Fastball Life 2 (if possible)
Durability 2
Spin 4?
GD Low Pitch?
Consistency 2?

You don't need to buy this ability. I continue to get it on the players I make because I'm always trying to hit the bottom corners of the strike zone. Usually takes me 4-6 games to get it. Just only use the bottom of the zone and you should be good.

Gd low pitch is also awarded if you pitch well as well even if you aim around the shoulder high chest area. Scheppers was made quite a while back, and while most abilities are quite true such as fastball life 2, consistency 2 and durability 2, there are some that now are definitely not viable. My new one I also chose a SIFB only because I've read quite a number of articles and reports that say his fastball resembled a two seam but had more horizontal movement. But I still classify the curve as a slurve though but that's my opinion

AgentP and LGM, cam you give me a time frame of when you possibly think you will finish the Rangers players you took up?

Awesome, sounds good Agent! Just let me know who you plan on doing first and all that other ability stuff! Are you going to give Tolleson a closer or reliever role?

(Sorry for DP)

I took off Perez and and Scheppers off the list and added lefty Sam Freeman to the list. He was acquired from St. Louis in Spring Training. I hope someone can take him up! I also added a few more names such as Mendez, Bass, and Ranaudo. On another note, can you guys give me some stats for Josh Hamilton to edit him in my game?

Reliever

For Keone Kela I have:

Top speed 97
Control 80 (or start if higher) -- about 4.5 BB/9 in minors
Stamina 40 (or start if higher)

Drop Curveball 3/4 -- not a ton of side-to-side movement on the curve, but a foot more drop than his FB
Changeup 1 -- pretty awful

Recovery 4
Dr. K? -- consistently high K/9 in minors
Walk?
