i guess if there was a new version coming, they would let us know...nothing on a new power pro listed on ign's release date also...well see how good/bad mlb2k8 is i guess...(i will still buy powerpro)

Not necessarily about them letting us know about a release. I never once saw an advertisement for this game, bought it and played forever and it wasn't listed anywhere on Nintendo's website. I think the beauty of the game is how it has been so low key but so loved. This is my favorite game of the last couple years and the best baseball game since Baseball Stars.

I would prefer it be more popular for two reasons:

1. They get more sales and Konami (or whoever) will be encouraged to put out a new edition to make more money.

2. More people will get it and love it. So that way, my friends don't look at me funny whenever I say it's one of my favorite games. They've either never heard of it, or just remember reviews saying that the players look "different or cartoonish" and say it sucks.

i do have one friend who has played it, and seemingly enjoyed it but won't admit it. "its a baby game w/ baby graphics"

Baseball Stars was a wicked game, I was still playing seasons of that like 2 years ago
