no can do, it's one of several games I've seen that don't support it.

Hopefully with the 2008 version!

im pretty sure if you go to my data there is an option that will allow you to save it
--or--
go to the wii settings with the data card inserted and copy the data from the wii to the card

The MLBPP data blocks are locked by the Wii. You need to have another program unlock the data block if you wish to copy it that way.
