Honestly, I've grown angry at this feature, because, though this wiki helped, I would really like to choose specific abilities to start off with. For example, there is no clear way to have a player start off with great power, speed AND arm strength. I mean, maybe it's too much to ask for, but I'd like to choose what to have, even if it means diminishing the other characteristics.

Especially pitching wise, I'd like to choose the pitches instead of them being random, you know? Have it be like The Show, well, a wee bit I think.

Well no player really starts off great in all those categories. And if you want it so bad you could create a player with the stats you want or edit some no name minor leaguer.

Yea, I've done that before, and it's still not as fun to create players anymore. I mean, I love the game and all, but it's so lame to start off so week sometimes, though in the long hall, it's more fun considering you aren't ueber good that early on.
