My run spd is hold on B, contact hold on D and seems can't be upgraded any more.

Is any way to break it?

It happens very randomly, and can only be unlocked by friends.

Like I said, it happens very randomly, so you might have to get together with your friends for a hobby or a meal to trigger it, but honestly, I think it's a random thing.
