How do you become steady with Emma and Mia?

Also, I am steady with Emily, have the engagement ring in my bag, and I can't pop the question.

I have a car and am renting the condo, what am I doing wrong?

Emily is a little special... keep going out with her, and when you DO go steady with her, she will ask you to perform well in a game, and if you do, you can ask her anything you want, which obviously means asking her to marry you.
