Which team was he on? The Red Sox, I would imagine.

I went 14 season's with my original guy. Then I deleted his file for someone who has grown into being a Triple Crown winner, twice. He's great, and I am in 2018 with him, he's 34. I'll probably retire with him in 5 or 6 years. He now has a B or A in everything.

You should just play him until he's 50. That way he can break a bunch of records.

You can't play more than 20 years.

So basically what goes on in Life Mode is all the best pitchers and home-run hitters of today continue to play baseball late into their 40's and some players past 50 years old??? Meanwhile, your player hits age 35 and his playing ability plummets.

And since draft picks were mentioned, do any of them, (Even the pitchers that when you first see them picked on draft day you say to yourself..."that guy has got a future") EVER GET TO BECOME IMPORTANT MEMBERS OF THE TEAM???

Actually, a more serious question. What teams tend to dominate?? Is it always the Mets, Yankees, Red Sox, Angels, and Tigers, or do other teams actually get better and start to compete at any point in time???

It is a tough choice because you want to play all 20 years but then you don't want to degrade your stats. Thats why you should use the Mirror of Truth when are 35 because that is your peak.

I wish I did that, but I already used it awhile ago, when he wasn't as good as he is now

I made it through 3 and 1/4 seasons. I used to be obsessed with my life, but after a while it got a little boring. I'm a LF, so I only get to bat. The guy is unrealistically amazing though :D I'm in the 4th year, and he has two less homeruns than games(36 bombs on expert). I did make him in success mode and he has around a 180 or 190 power, so he is pretty good. I probably will play with him again someday, but I haven't been too interested recently. This is also the only guy I've ever played with in my life.

Edit: Forgot to mention, I have ONE career walk...and it came in my first year in the bigs.
