| Post subject: | The Closest Playoff race you ever seen |
what is the closest or best playoff race have you seen in mylife mode. on mine in the AL west there are 3 teams that are a 1/2 game of the leader  while the wild card is tight also 2 teams tied that are in the same divsion as me with 3rd and 4th place teams in the AL east 4 games back

I was playing my Blue Jays catcher yesterday and we had to play game 163 against the Yankees. |

the indians won the wild card on the last day vs the white sox who were tied heading to the last day while the A's won the AL east on the last day vs the 2nd place team while i fell in love with Mia right after the interview. which was right after game 2 vs the A's of the alds |

In the AL Central, the Twins, White Sox and Tigers all tied for first. I'm not sure how the tie was broken, but I remember looking up the MLB's official 3-way tiebreaker and it was really weird. Can't remember what it was, though. |

I remember playing as a Rays player in MLB life, and the game said the Rays clinched the Wild Card, even though they were only 1 game ahead of the Red Sox with 2 games left to play. Then the Sox won their next 2 games and the Rays lost them, so even though the Rays were in third place in the AL East, they still made it to the playoffs. So yeah, I may have found a small bug.

Was it last season when the Apocalyptic tie almost happened? Or was it a year or two before then... When there were 2 teams that ended up tying for the NL West, and someone else( Braves I think, tied for Wild Card), but somehow it ended up that the right team won the NL West tiebreaker, which was all that was needed. It was something along those lines. |
