Injuries are more likely to occur as Fatigue goes up, and it will be harder to improve Condition. Fatigue cannot be simply restored by resting for a day - I'm assuming it's either more of a gradual reduction over time or through item use.
Just from the 20 games I played in MLB Life with Mark DeRosa, it can be a beast to try and work your Vitality back up while still playing. I kept choosing to rest instead of practice and it was still barely moving as the Fatigue bar kept getting more full.

I'm sure we'll figure out how best to manage Vitality and Fatigue. Sounds like a neat way to simulate the grind of the regular season.

Absolutely. Hopefully this is a case of someone finally getting player fatigue right.

My Life Guy has had zero fatigue all year, and he plays everyday.

I've only been through over a month with my guy and he has yet to have fatigue. I'm sure he might later on but my strategy is to make sure I keep his vitality at least half way full qas much as I can. Doing hobbies like listening to classical music can put you to sleep and restore some vitality.

I honestly don't think that there is a way. My guy doesn't have fatigue but I'm will to bet that when you get the practice options and choose to rest your fatigue might go down.

It's just a guess based on last year's game. The only way to lower fatigue was to rest in practice.

I have two questions.

1.Is the mirror of truth real? If so, when does it normally show up.

2.Does anyone know how to get a 2nd position?

thanks

There is a supplement that shows up in "Purchase" that is supposed to reduce fatigue. I guess take some of that as well as rest.

I know Life Mode is all about you you you you but do you even notice how your team is doing? What kind of trades have you seen happen, what is your team's record. Anyone been traded yet?

I start my Life Mode tonight once the kiddies go to bed.

With my pitcher. In July the braves Traded Smolts and some other pitcher for some SORRY ass catcher, stats were all E and Fs. Then in my 2nd year, either they didnt resign or traded Chipper Jones.....
those were big WTF moments for me.
We won WS first year, then had the 2nd and 3rd worse record the next 2 years. then won the WS my 4th year with a totally new line up.

My guy is on the Stros. His first year they ended up 5th in the central then they made some major pick-ups in the off season. Carl Crawford, Pudge, Sean Casey, Jon Garland, Todd Jones and Brad Penny all signed. In early July, they traded Berkman (who hit .248 w/17HRs the previous year and nothing during the current season) for Scott Shields. We currently have the best record in baseball. Oswalt finally has some run support, Todd Jones is a save machine and Carl Crawford is hitting everything and leading the league in steals.
