This is where our BBC Documentary begins. In the fields on the outskirts of Liverpool, England, a young boy is playing football (soccer) with his mates. The boy dreams of playing in the EPL for his favorite club, Liverpool. He is a young star, fast and strong. He can strike from great distances and move the ball down the pitch by himself. But this boy's future is much different from what he expects. He has no idea that he will one day play in the Major Leagues of Baseball in the United States. Benjamin discovered the sport at age 9, when he saw the New York Yankees play the Boston Red Sox on a foreign television station. Benjamin compared the game to a Manchester United-Liverpool match. In fact, the owners of Liverpool also own the Red Sox. Benjamin fell in love with the sport, but he isolated himself from his peers. He was no longer interested in the normal things British children in the 90's were interested in. Benjamin was extremely depressed in his teen years. He attempted suicide and was put in a mental hospital. His family thought they would never see Benjamin again. But the mental hospital was innovative. They asked Benjamin what made him happy in life. Benjamin said, "Baseball". The hospital let him watch every baseball game he wanted to watch. He started to watch and study the sport closely, learning how to throw breaking balls from watching Greg Maddux, legendary pitcher from the Atlanta Braves. When he was finally released, Benjamin changed his life. He traveled to America with his family to chase his dream. In an American high school, Benjamin became a legend. He won 26 games for his team, and allowed less than a run per game. He was accepted to UCLA, a prestigious American university. He was once again a legend at UCLA. In the Major League Baseball Draft, Benjamin was selected by the Washington Nationals of the National League. Benjamin's life has turned. We will follow his career as the 33rd English born player in American baseball.

My goodness, I never thought I would be this popular in such a short period of time. The documentary pretty much explained everything, so I won't tell you about my life. I'm excited to start my career in America.

SPRING TRAINING 2008
I was given the number 86 by the Nationals. My specialty pitches are a high-shutto and a high-slider. I was ready to start my MLB career in DC.

START 1: NATIONALS VS. MARLINS My game was moving along quickly, until that wanker Ryan Zimmerman made a *(censored)* ERROR that allowed a run to score. I HATE THAT BASTARD! I was sent to AAA right after the game.

I think you mean that your specialty pitches are a hard-shuuto and a hard-slider. But otherwise that's really unfortunate that Zimmerman killed your chances to make the MLB team
