There are no passwords that give you money, but randomly, like 6 or 7 or more years in, you may or may not get a boatload of money for some strange reason. Might be a glitch, but there's not really a whole lot of places to get money, other than salary, like you said.
For training, there are items in the shop (dumbells, elbow pads, etc.) that will give you slight boosts to training in-game, but there are no passwords whatsoever to break this part of the game.
Basically, there aren't any game-breaking passwords to make it easier. Kinda like real life.
