I have a idea I've been looking at the 60 Gig PS3. Because of its backward compatibility with PS2 games and I wanna start collecting the older PS2 Pawapuro games. So Powerprosfan31 got a question for you what version of the PS3 do you own?

I have an 80 GB "fat" version. You know the old one. It works like a charm after 3 years, it's great.

But, sadly, I'm not sure if you could play Japanese PS2 games on American PS3's.

Though I'm not sure.
I'll have to look into it.

You're right, that is a great video.

Makes one wonder if perhaps, they make a U.S. version as a downloadable for the PS3 just like they have it for the iPod Touch... Just a thought...

But I'd buy the Japanese PS3 game anyways, I really don't care about language barriers (knowing that I don't read the American text in the USA games anyways

) The only thing that's stopping me from buying it is the cost...

Oh, I play it a ton! I've already beaten all of the 12 success modes (With good characters!

) And have imported my best players from Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu Portable 4, and in pennant mode, I'm in 2016 or 2017.

It really, seriously, isn't hard to understand at all! I really do recommend it! :DD

Yes, the cost of the game is a lot, BUT, you can play it on an American PS3! Without modding! The PS3 isn't region coded (like the Wii :evil:

)

Hey Powerprosfan31, have you been able to play this game online? if so, how smoothly does it play since most of your opponents would reside in Japan. just curious. sadly i still haven't gotten a copy of the game.
