I can do some of it:
Green button: Pennant
Yellow/Orange button: Success
Gray: Data & Arrange

Under the big picture of all the characters are listed the 12 NPB teams.

Seeing this, I'm thinking that the Success Mode involves you playing for one of those teams...

Yes, there are 12 success modes, I was just wondering what it said in each one of the boxes for the teams.

This isn't really translation, just a guess at something. The dark blue one 3rd from the bottom with all the ghosts is the Seibu Lions. If my memory is correct, that team is cursed, much like the Cubs. The last time they won a Nippon Series (Japanese World Series), some crazed fans went to a Japanese KFC and threw the statue into the river (a while later, they found his hand floating in the water! ooooohhh! ) and they haven't won a Nippon Series since, so I'm thinking the Lions storyline has something to do with fending off the curse. Then again, it might just be ghosts of players past. I can't read Japanese, so I can't be sure.

EDIT: Aw, nevermind. It's apparently the Hanshin Tigers that are cursed.

Oh yeah, I heard about that. Well, actually, I read about it. And I know all of the teams.

My favorite is the Chiba Lotte Marines :D

I don't know why though. Probably because of their really cool hats and uniforms! :D
