1. There are 3 types of "straight pitches".
-The first two are default. The baseball icon represents a changeup/straight fastball about 5 km/h off your top speed, and the default UP pitch is the 4SFB (thrown at or near your top speed)
-There are then 3 different two-seamers. I assume the first two are a standard 2-seamer and a 1-seamer, but the last is the interesting one.
-The last UP pitch is...the eephus. It is thrown about 60 km/h off your top speed, and acts as you would expect it to- high arc with about a 30-foot drop.

Yep, 2012.

It's just like the other 2seamers though, only 1 level.

My pitcher Kura has it, along with a level 1 slider and level 3 slow curve, he's pretty good (although purple face in my exhibition :( )

This is unrelated to this particular game, but in the MLB 2K games I have, they have the eephus pitch, and when I make myself in the game, I choose that pitch, and I can throw it around 38mph or so. It's so deadly.

I tried to dig through the password exchange (all 1 pages of it) to see if I could find and translate any of these pitches. All I saw was
ストレート Straight
ムービングファスト Moving Fastball

Actually, it might be good for someone to take a picture of all the breaking pitches in the Upgrade Abilities screen in Success Mode so we can translate them like we are with the abilities. Maybe in a separate topic, too.

I'm sure Eephus will be in '13, and '11 is good enough for me to wait. So I feel the same way as Skittle.
