as far as making position players, i can make decent ones but i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for making good pitchers and all star quality players in general

The phone game? Get the newer bluehaired girl as your 6th character. She raises max control by 2. Get 101 control.

Also use 5 breaking ball pitchers from your own set if you can. The ones you see more often as 6th character are the better ones. (Only use SR/PSR for all of this of course btw...) Do the music school.
